Salesforce is the dominant enterprise CRM — Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and a growing product catalog that touches every customer-facing workflow. Salesforce integration authenticates via OAuth 2.0 with scoped connected apps. For enterprise deployments we align scopes to the principle of least privilege, use per-user OAuth for user-initiated agent actions, and service-account OAuth for batch workloads. Session policy and IP restriction align to the client's security posture.
