Job Title: Oracle Access ID Project Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Open
Interview process: Must be able to interview in-person 1st interview.
Skills & Experience:
· Experienced Project manager for Oracle Identity Access Management implementation
· Must have large enterprise experience with leadership in multi million dollar efforts (project is 10-15 million)
· 7 or more years project management with recent project experience in Access management (ideally Oracle's product)
· Thorough knowledge of project management which includes the ability to structure the work, define roles, delegate responsibilities and develop project/task schedules and plans
· Demonstrated ability to lead all phases of custom and packaged software development projects including needs assessment and determining system requirements, project planning, selecting a team and assigning project responsibilities, project scheduling, negotiating project deliverables, software/product evaluation and selection, system/application design and testing, communicating project status, and implementing and maintaining systems
· Strong written and oral communication skills required.
· Experience in the full life cycle of SDLC
· PMP Credentials or equivalent preferred
· Experience in leading technical and function teams (15 + staff)
· Experience in working with off-shore and on-shore sourcing partners a plus
· Experience in system design, data modeling and application architecture
· Prior hands-on development and/or IT operational experience is preferred
· Thorough knowledge of database concepts, database design, data modeling and system architectures preferred
· General knowledge of documentation and training
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned project responsibilities under limited supervision
· Demonstrated ability to conduct business impact and cost/benefit analysis evaluations and recommend the appropriate course of action for assigned projects
· Demonstrated ability to define project scope and establish objectives for assigned projects
· Demonstrated ability to direct the activities of other associates and contractors within a project in a matrixed environment
· Demonstrates good judgment in identifying issues and recommending solutions to others
