Job Title: Performance Engineer Strategist
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 4 months (On going)
Rate: $90/hr c2c
Interview involves initial phone followed by onsite face to face in WI.
Skills & Experience:
· Performance Engineering Specialist with 8-10 years of professional experience in Performance Test Strategies, Performance Testing, Performance Monitoring & analysis along with prior experience in large, customer-facing, retail eCommerce implementation program.
· Excellent knowledge in end to end Performance testing strategies, process, methodology's, diagnosing of performance problems and developing remediation recommendations.
· Understanding of complex architectures and derivation of key performance indicators for performance tests. Knowledgeable in Performance Engineering, and Problem Management methodology's.
· Experience with performance test strategy, planning, execution and analysis of detailed performance test plans for multiple releases of eCommerce applications
· Proven ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of eCommerce applications in production-like configuration and articulate test results.
· Experience in using quantitative methods, statistical data, defines and manages system tuning and providing recommendations on system capacity / performance.
· Strong performance metrics extraction, parsing and correlation skills using Borland SilkTest and should possess skills in toolsets i.e, CA (Wily Introscope), JMeter and Gomez etc
· Experience with external load testing services.
