Job Title: Lead Automation Tester
Location: PASADENA, CA
Duration: 6+ months
Skills & Experience:
* Strong presentation skills.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Being able to build relationships with stakeholders of each project
* Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in computer engineering or related degree.
* 4-6 years of testing or quality assurance experience required.
* 3-5 years of QTP hands on coder experience required.
* Have developed codes on client server, web applications or mainframe.
* Have experience in Healthcare (good to have)
* Have experience in Lab (nice to have)
* Strong interpersonal of requirements document.
* Strong written and oral communication skills required.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborative, as needed, and to appropriately prioritize required.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with many interruptions required.
* Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly required.
* Ability to resolve problem; take initiative, and to identify and propose new tasks and procedures required.
* Have strong understanding of Oracle or SQL database structure
* Have very strong analytical skill set
* Have very strong testing background
* Has worked on multiple large projects and understand big applications and their impacts.
* The person has to be there in Pasadena for two/three months and then move to NCAL for another two/three months. During his stay he will be performing the above mentioned activities.
* The person need to travel to other regions of the client after the initial accessment in SCAL/NCAL.
