Description of Contractor Duties:
--Serve as subject matter expert in Infrastructure Project Management.
-- Develop and interpret policies, procedures and strategies governing planning and delivery of IT services and provide expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management.
-- Plan projects to improve systems performance or resolve critical problems in existing systems which require innovative solutions.
-- Advise management on new technology developments and advanced techniques.
-- Plan/organize/direct studies to develop long-range forecasts and technology recommendations.
-- Coordinate development of IT standards, guidelines, and policy.
-- Plan, organize, and direct team study work and negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations.
