Job Title: Metrics Business Analyst

Job Requirements:
· Thorough understanding of BI Best Practices and Best-of-Breed tool suites such as: Cognos, Business Objects, SAS, Crystal Reports, etc.
· Knowledge of SQL, database query tools, and basic database design concepts..
· Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.)
· Excellent PC Software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
· Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
· Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
· Excellent numerical and analytic skills.
· Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.
Preferred Qualifications:
· ITIL service management training (certification a plus)
· Six Sigma training (certification a plus).
