Need consultants with good skills in:-

1] Core Java - Architecture and design experience

2] OOD- Web Development (JSP, Struts, Tapestry, JSF and similar (tag libraries)- SQL-

3]Familiarity with Apache/Tomcat/Weblogic/Hibernate/Spring/etc -

4]Tools (system design tools like IDE, configuration management, defect management)-

5]SDLC methodology - Good communications skills
